It's the Holidays, and we all know that it brings the un-wonderful gift of stress. Learn to beat the stress, not just this winter season, but all year long.
We all know all too well the stress that is upon us as the Holiday’s approach. We all vary on how we handle that stress, with most of us agreeing that we know we could handle that stress better. To better understand how to handle the stress, it’s important to understand what havoc stress causes the body.
When stress hits the body, our cortisol levels can get out of alignment. Two of the results of unchecked cortisol is the increase of inflammation and oxidation in the body.
